Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
  • You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier delays
    • High order volumes
  • Tatwasastra is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal:
    • The order may be returned (RTO).
    • Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
