- We currently ship across India.
- Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599.
- For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
- You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.
Delays
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- High order volumes
- Tatwasastra is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal:
- The order may be returned (RTO).
- Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
