At Tatwasastra, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you with any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect products.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@tatwasastra.com or through our WhatsApp support.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
Returns
- We only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide proof of damage (photos/videos).
- Perishable or opened food items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@tatwasastra.com.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- In case of RTO (Return to Origin) on orders (such as customer unavailability, wrong address, or OTP-verified refusal), the shipping cost for reshipping the order will be borne by the customer, and reshipping will only be done once the additional shipping charges are paid.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
