Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Here is what you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not yet available — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch internationally.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
Tier-2 cities: 5-7 business days
Rest of India: 7-10 business days
Remote & North-East regions: 10-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹1,699 ("Ancestral Delivery").
Orders below ₹1,699 — a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
For oversized or heavy items, an additional handling fee may apply (clearly shown at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking link. You can also log into your account and view tracking on the Order History page.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts:

The package returns to us as RTO (Return to Origin).
We will contact you to confirm a new address.
Re-shipping charges may apply for prepaid orders; COD orders may be cancelled.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or photograph it before opening and email us within 48 hours at support@tattwas.com. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
