Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Tattwas purchase. If you are not, here is how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns except for items damaged in transit (see below).
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition as received.
- Accompanied by the original invoice / proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return due to hygiene and food-safety reasons:
- Opened or partially consumed food products (millets, oils, dry fruits, salts, etc.).
- Personal care or wellness consumables once opened.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
- Email us at support@tattwas.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage / the unopened package.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
5. How to Request a Return
- Email support@tattwas.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the product to the address we provide (we'll guide you on the recommended courier).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
6. Refund Timeline
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
- The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank).
- UPI / wallet refunds are usually faster (1-3 business days).
7. Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend a trackable courier service.
8. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
9. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process applies. Email us at support@tattwas.com to cancel.
