Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Tattwas purchase. If you are not, here is how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns except for items damaged in transit (see below).

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice / proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return due to hygiene and food-safety reasons:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products (millets, oils, dry fruits, salts, etc.).
  • Personal care or wellness consumables once opened.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at support@tattwas.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage / the unopened package.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@tattwas.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product to the address we provide (we'll guide you on the recommended courier).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

6. Refund Timeline

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank).
  • UPI / wallet refunds are usually faster (1-3 business days).

7. Return Shipping

Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend a trackable courier service.

8. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.

9. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process applies. Email us at support@tattwas.com to cancel.
