Earthing (or grounding) is a conductive connection between your body and the earth — what happens naturally when you walk barefoot on soil. Our grounding mat and pillow cover recreate it indoors through the earthing pin of a 3-pin socket, via an in-line safety resistor. They draw no electricity and emit nothing.

In an 8-week study, overnight grounding normalised a disrupted cortisol rhythm. Most people feel nothing straight away; changes such as better sleep tend to show over days to weeks. An Earth Tester in every box confirms the connection is working.

It is a wellness practice, not a medical treatment. If you have a pacemaker, are pregnant or take blood thinners, check with your doctor first.

Water: distilled, sterile, or boiled for 3–5 minutes and cooled to body temperature — never straight from the tap. Mix ¼–½ tsp non-iodised salt per 250 ml.

Use: lean over a sink, tilt your head sideways with forehead and chin level, seal the spout in the upper nostril and breathe through your mouth. The water flows out of the lower nostril; then switch sides. Once a day is plenty.

Clean: after every use, rinse the pot with the same safe water and let it air-dry completely. Once a week, scald it with boiling water or run it through the dishwasher. Never rinse it under the tap.

We give you the composition, not just the word “pure”. Our copper pieces, such as the Copper Plate, are 99.97% pure, uncoated copper. Our Kansa pieces are true bell-metal bronze, cast at the classical ratio of 78% copper to 22% tin — not brass, and not plated base metal.

Both develop a warm patina with use. That darkening is a sign of genuine metal, not damage; a lemon-and-salt rub restores the shine.

Wherever the product allows, we use natural, inert materials: pure copper, Kansa bronze, lead-free ceramic, food-grade 304 stainless steel and mulberry silk.

Some products can’t work safely without plastic — for example the housings of our testers and meters, and the plug and cord insulation on grounding products. We list the materials on every product page rather than calling everything plastic-free.
